Krokanti CV Builder offers a free tier for casual job seekers and a Pro subscription for professionals who need the full toolkit.

Pro Pricing

Krokanti CV Builder Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription:

  • Monthly: €7.99 per month
  • Annual: €59.99 per year (equivalent to €4.99/month — save 37%)

Annual billing is the best value if you are actively job hunting or want to keep your resume updated year-round.

How to Upgrade to Pro

  1. Go to your account settings and click the Subscription tab
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. Select monthly or annual billing
  4. Enter your payment details — we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal
  5. Click Confirm

Your Pro features are activated immediately after payment. No waiting period.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time from the Subscription tab in account settings:

  • View billing history — see all past invoices and download PDF receipts
  • Update payment method — replace your card or add PayPal
  • Switch billing period — move from monthly to annual (or vice versa) at the end of your current billing period
  • Cancel subscription — see below

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier. Your resumes and data are never deleted — you can still view, edit, and export as PDF on the Free plan.

There is no partial refund for unused time on monthly plans. Annual plan cancellations within the first 14 days may be eligible for a refund — contact support@krokanti.com.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal
  • SEPA Direct Debit (European bank accounts)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Krokanti never stores your full card number — only a tokenized reference held by Stripe.

Invoices and VAT

Invoices are issued automatically after each payment and are available in your billing history. If your company requires a VAT number on invoices, add it in Settings > Billing Details before your next billing cycle.

EU customers are charged VAT at the rate applicable to their country of residence, in accordance with EU digital services tax regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose my resumes if I cancel? No. All your resumes are saved permanently. You lose access to Pro-only features (DOCX export, premium templates, etc.) but your data is safe.

Can I pause my subscription? We do not currently offer pause functionality. You can cancel and re-subscribe at any time.

Is there a student or non-profit discount? Contact support@krokanti.com with proof of enrollment or non-profit status to ask about available discounts.
