Tips for Efficient Editing

Use Ctrl+D to duplicate repeating entries When adding multiple work experience entries, fill in the first one completely, select the block, and press Ctrl+D to duplicate it. Then edit the copy — you only need to change the details that differ.

Use Paste without formatting (Ctrl+Shift+V) If you are copying text from a Word document, email, or website, always use Ctrl+Shift+V to strip the source formatting. This prevents unexpected font sizes or colors from appearing in your resume.

Use Escape to switch between block selection and text editing Pressing Escape exits text edit mode and puts the block into selection mode. In selection mode, keyboard shortcuts for moving and deleting blocks are active. Press Enter to go back into text edit mode.

Ctrl+Z is your safety net If you accidentally delete a block or make a change you did not intend, undo immediately with Ctrl+Z. The undo history is deep — you can step back through many previous actions.
